Shipping policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

• Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in South Africa.
• Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

• We charge a flat rate of R100 for all orders under R900.
• Free shipping applies to orders of R900 or more.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can use this to follow your package until it arrives.

Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
• If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at tjaart@ventermushrooms.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
